Job Description

The Account Executive is a Leo Burnett Troy- based team role responsible for planning, development, implementation of our clients' brand business. Core areas of responsibility includes work across the brands' on Digital, Social and Print projects communicating to both B2B & B2C targets.  The Account Executive must be collaborative and work well both with clients, internal teams, and agency partners.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Serve as day-to-day client contact with multiple client representatives

·       Coordinate with outside media and production vendors

·       Work alongside strategy team to draft creative briefs across a variety of projects and initiatives

·       Think & speak strategically about businesses, brands, messaging and technology

·       Manage projects internally and externally from brief to execution with support of the Account Director

·       Present and obtain approvals on creative through internal process and client channel and brand leads

·       Act as a brand steward 

·       Assist Account Director with point-of-views, presentations and competitive tracking

·       Assist in brand management and meeting preparation

·       Coordinate with internal strategy team to perform ad hoc performance report outs, as needed

·       Participate in weekly internal project status meetings, kick-offs and production meetings, as needed

·       Participate in cross-agency partner meetings and client-facing Agency Day meetings

Qualifications

·       2-3 years agency experience, account management preferred

·       Automotive, aftermarket, auto parts, auto service, auto accessory, or tire marketing knowledge is preferred
