The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney’s growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine’s offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney’s business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business. 


Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney’s business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Director in building and leading key client relationships.
  • Day to day contact for key clients across the Line of Business (LOB) and responsibility for the smooth running of the business and day-to-day delivery.
  • Project manage the campaign planning process, managing internal resource and collaborating closely with Disney to ensure timelines stay on track.
  • Ensure quality of delivery among the wider EMEA Account team across a range of campaign reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategy team to ensure regional campaign guidelines and strategic direction are brought to life in local market briefs, activations and executions.
  • Build local market relationships understanding their needs, requirements and help prioritise support
  • Always look for operational efficiencies to ensure our ways of working develop and evolve at the required pace.
  • Work closely with Data & Tech teams and to ensure smooth rollout of all initiatives within the Line of Business and for new market onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with key EMEA clients ensuring they trust and value your input.
  • Build a culture of exceptional performance among junior talent, taking responsibility for their growth and development.
  • Drive connectivity and collaboration with other Publicis Imagine line of business teams (e.g. Studios).
  • Be an active participant in helping build the Publicis Imagine team and culture, contribute back to the agency via broader Publicis Media participation.

 

Qualifications

THE PERSON

  • Someone who will make an impact on our business, bringing ideas and a point of view
  • Media experience, ideally in a global / regional role
  • Experience in operational, account management or project management roles is required.
  • Experience in the entertainment category is a bonus, and interest is a must
  • Passionate about The Walt Disney Company and everything its brands have to offer
  • Strong cross-channel media knowledge
  • Intuitive understanding of what clients want and need
  • Cultural awareness, confident, driven, persuasive

CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Excellent 360 communication skills, client service skills and ability to build strong client and internal relationships
  • Effective project management and oversight of client operations are necessary aspect of role
  • Ability to lead others through change positively and proactively
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding work across agency and in-house client teams
  • Experience managing a team or multi-specialty team collaboration

SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Achieving clear business and communication goals for each campaign as well as more broadly
  • Very good or above client evaluation scores
  • 360 and other feedback on communications, leadership and internal / external relationships
