Job Description

Publicis Sapient is searching for an HR Operations Specialist to focus on People Strategy Operations (within the “People Shared Services” function) to join our North America team. This role will partner closely with People Strategists (HR Business Partners) and global People Shared Services teams and be client-facing to business leaders and individuals across the organization. The role is responsible for the people experience and operations within a particular Industry and/or Capability Group – working under the supervision of People Shared Services and taking day-to-day direction from the People Strategy team.

This is a 6-month contract opporutnity.

Your Impact:

  • Lead operational functions of Capability groups within the People Strategy domain such as Career Development “Enabling Your Potential”, Compensation, Analytics & Trends, Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion, and Talent Development 
  • Responsibilities include owning tracks within the lifecycle experience such as people data integrity, job changes, and policy guidance, supporting company-wide programs like Promotions and Capability Reviews, and collaborating on projects such as Quarterly Attrition reviews and Competency Frameworks
  • Balance a mix of day to day operations, programmatic initiatives, and projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Create an impact within your Capability group and add value to the broader company and People Success team

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Progressive Human Resources experience
  • Ability to operate at scale with all levels of the organization including global executive leadership
  • Strong client/customer service skills and ability to partner with clients and internal teams
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to report, analyze, and summarize data and highlight trends to inform people decisions and initiatives for stakeholders and leadership
  • Excellent computer skills - advanced Excel Skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems experience
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and solutions-oriented approach to help facilitate process improvements and change management
  • Stakeholder and project management experience across multiple teams and functions
  • Experience managing scope of work that includes daily responsibility and short, medium, long term project responsibilities
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly in fast pasted, matrixed organization
  • Ability to effectively and amiably present information and respond to questions from Publicis Sapient people
  • Exercises judgment and demonstrates competency when handling difficult conversations and sensitive material
  • Ability to build relationships with remote stakeholders and teammates across multiple locations and time zones
  • Exercises judgment based on experience and expertise for tracks within the scope without oversight from managers
