Job Description

Expectations of a Creative Operations Manager

  • Assist key agency stake holders for internal creative projects
  • To work and brief creative teams on requirements
  • Assists in providing timely responses, schedule meetings and do follow-ups.
  • Provides input for the creation and execution of internal creative projects
  • Gives recommendations on ways to improve creative project based on tracked analytics
  • Tracks internal campaign budgets and provide invoicing and billing support
  • Maintains thorough understanding of project management principles
  • Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe Expectations as a member of our community
  • You believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Special requirements

  • Love creative work and ideas
  • PR native is a bonus
  • Good understanding of social media space and online media jargon and technology
  • Ability to write a clear and succinct brief for creatives
  • Experience in managing video production projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Highly organised with a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Exceptional initiative and follow through skills
