Job Description

Our Business Systems team loves partnering with stakeholders from across the business to identify areas of need and play an important role of bringing solutions to these needs to fruition. 

Our Project Manager & Business Analyst role will be the glue of our team -- building strong relationships with stakeholders within the organization. You are seen as a go-to, a problem solver and an adviser who seeks & defines problems and works towards solutions. You love managing projects involving multiple departments and excel at creating clarity and consensus on projects of varying sizes and complexity. You’ll be a core team member supporting our Business Systems and Marketing teams supporting our Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

You’re a master negotiator, facilitator, conflict resolver and you know how to organize, influence and prioritize to get things done. No two days are alike, and your day will be filled with projects that require you to work with our internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within constraints such as time, cost & quality standards. 

  • You’ll gather & document detailed requirements to inform what our teams build 

  • You know when to look beyond the feedback you’ve given to identify stakeholders’ true needs and elegant ways to delight internal users. You do this by critically evaluating information gathered, clarifying conflicting asks, and breaking down high-level goals into project details to ensure we deliver the best possible solutions while maximizing efficiency of resourcing and costs. 

  • Additional responsibilities include: 

  • Provide clear, kind, and transparent communications to all team members & stakeholders 

  • Identify project “gotchas” such as grey areas in requirements, uncertainties, project risks. You’ll lead actions to resolve these. 

  • Develop work plans and specifications with core team members 

  • Facilitate team, stakeholder and other meetings 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously  

  • Maintain complete project records & close out documents 

Experience/Skills 

  • 3+ years of project management experience (flow charts, timelines, purchase order requisitions, budget tracking, etc.) 

  • Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum) 

  • You like technical details and also understand the big picture, like setting and meeting goals and getting ahead of any issues. 

  • 2+ years Salesforce Certified Admin  

  • A customer (internal) advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand requirements and pain points 

  • Proven presentation and communication skills
