Job Description

The Resource Coordinator (Traffic) will supports the Traffic Manager by ensuring work is logged in the online scheduling system in a timely and accurate manner, and is constantly kept up to date.

Working with others in the Traffic and Production Teams, you will maintain the bookings and adjust and update them as daily requests dictate. This will necessitate open and regular communication with the Traffic Manager and other team members to keep them abreast of changes, spare capacity and potential overloads.

You will be confident and self-sufficient to cover for the Traffic Manager when required (with senior support).

 What you will do:

 As the Resource Coordinator (Traffic) you will:

·       Support the Traffic Manager to ensure all creative work going through the agency is scheduled and resourced effectively, and delivered on time.

·       Be responsible for inputting bookings into Langland’s resource management system using information supplied by Project Managers.

·       Be responsible for keeping the Capacity Plan up to date with regard to creatives’ absences and leave.

·       Work across all teams within Langland to meet the varied needs and requirements of each project, assisting the Traffic Manager in maintaining good communication with all parties.

·       Monitor daily requests to provide information to the Traffic Manager regarding any changes to the schedule of work, in order to maintain delivery timelines.

·       Engage in open and continuous communication between project teams, ensuring the delivery of great creative work.
