Job Description

Overview of the role

• Lead briefing/debriefing/internal reviews on deliveries of IMC items

• Start to lead mid-scale creative presentation to mid-level clients independently

• Build and maintain relationship with mid-level clients

• Work with Account team and Planning team to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound

• Maintain an awareness of status and project deliverables of team members’ work

• Lead and manage a team with 1-2 staff

• Outstanding creative ability and strong concept and strategic development skills

• Ability to present to/convince the internal teams

• Strong time management skills

• Good communication and interpensonal skills, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

• Ability to lead and tutor junior staff

Qualifications

Critical Skills

• Ability to participate in the planning stage of creative thinking and art direction/copy writing of IMC

• Excellent proposal drafting and ability in communication and presentation

• IMC creative ideas output

• Mid-level clients' satisfaction

• Appraisals of internal counter-parties

• A comprehensive knowledge in production process and collaboration with external production agencies

• Delivery quality, speed

 - KVs, storyboards, long pages and etc. with strategic thinking while leading junior staff to support

• Development of Creative team
