Job Description

We are searching for an Analyst who will provide support in the development and implementation of compensation initiatives and programs. This person will play an important role on the US Marketing Services Compensation team and will have the opportunity to work with multiple cross-functional teams on various compensation-related projects. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, pay attention to the details, and be an Excel master. What you’ll do: 
• Partner with the broader Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams during salary, promotion, and bonus cycles
• Track submissions and approvals for off cycle pay adjustments, special incentive payments, bonuses, etc. 
• Develop a knowledge of compensation programs and policies, including market-based pay analyses and geographic market differentials 
• Create and maintain internal compensation documents such as salary increase templates, job title databases, career path progressions, and salary ranges 
• Ensure compensation-related documents are complete, accurate, correctly formatted prior to submission for approval 
• Partner with the HRIS and HR teams to administer the monthly compensation-related audit and collect feedback on corrections needed within the HRIS system 
• Partner with HR teams to ensure alignment with established compensation guidelines and best practices 
• Prioritize tasks on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently and accurately 
• Partner with the broader Compensation, HR, and HRIS teams on special assignments and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field 
• 0-1 years of relevant experience (Prior compensation experience is a plus) 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills 
• Ability to think proactively to solve problems or answer questions before they become issues 
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members across all levels of the organization 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); excellent proficiency using Excel
• Experience using an HRIS system (or experience using data exported from an HRIS system)
