As a working student in Talent Acquisition, you will act as a full member of our team and work closely with our Talent Coordinator and Recruiters to find the best talent for our company. You will gain practical work experience and learn from experienced colleagues how to build broad market knowledge and develop new, effective sourcing strategies in an agile environment.

Your Impact

• Own and manage the “interview scheduling life cycle” for each role/skillset being recruited for, ensuring a streamlined and positive experience for all parties involved
• Organize and facilitate assessment-/interview days accordingly
• Help with the interview training of the interview panels
• Coordinate and track interviewer training and refresher courses
• Build relationships with internal peers and stakeholders
• Placing job advertisements
• Support the administration of the new hires for onboarding purposes
• Assisting Recruiters with sourcing for talent on Social Networks

Your Skills & Experience:

• Studies in the realm of HR/ Economics/ Business Psychology/ Communications/ Media Sciences, or similar fields of study
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Team Player mindset and hands-on mentality  
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Very good English language skills and German language skills a plus
