We are looking for a confident and engaging Account Manager responsible for the management of large projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality work. 

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive looking for their next step up, or an experienced Account Manager looking to work within Sustainability comms.

You will get the chance to gain invaluable mentorship as you will be working closely with the Account Director, Sustainability Reporting Director and Head of Reporting.

Summary of key responsibilities include 

Managing and growing client accounts, managing client's expectations and advising with confidence:

• Initial point of contact within client accounts- you will bring together other functions and set teams up to deliver success
• Deliver high standards of client service at all times - responsive, proactive and professional – and confidence with clients to manage inputs and expectations and steer difficult conversations.
• Contribute to the development of high profile strategic growth accounts – develop an expert and insightful knowledge of the client, their business, market and sector to the business, the challenges they face and ways in which they may achieve competitive and sustainability advantage

Project management:​

• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Monitoring through appropriate processes, tools and mechanisms
• Manage project estimates, forecasting, change requests and budget reconciliation processes
• Identify scope creep, flag and take appropriate action
• Be accountable for and deliver all project related administration and organization around key milestones

Financial Reporting: 

• Contribute to and actively engage in internal financial reporting processes

Execute client development and growth strategies

• Contribute to marketing, promote service offers and facilitate introductions
• Demonstrable relevant experience of client service / project management 

• Ideally experience in a sustainability, reporting or corporate comms-related field 
• Experience of planning and managing end-to-end projects with integrated project teams including consultancy, design and specialist inputs
• Experience of integrated project delivery such as print, digital, reporting and comms
• Confident and excellent interpersonal skills
• Expert negotiation skills
• Proactive, organised and meticulous - keep promises, meet deadlines and solve problems
