Job Description

The CRM Analyst is an active and critical member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis. This candidate must strive to ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Candidates must also think strategically to identify issues that need to be optimized or resolved. The CRM Analyst will always work proactively to prioritize resources in order to deliver on the tasks. You are expected to know Qliksense like the back of your hands and have experience with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Knowledge of Tableau a big plus.

As CRM Analyst, you will:

  • Lead CRM analytics projects of varying sizes and complexity, including report automation, data visualization, tool implementation requirements gathering and documentation, split testing, and ad hoc analysis 
  • Create and maintain dashboards within Qliksense
  • Work with client and account teams to define KPIs and develop tracking/tagging strategies to allow for the KPIs success to be measured
  • Manage with regular reporting, scorecards, and dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc requests)
  • Assist with efforts to optimize the client’s CRM experience.
  • Manage the designing, reporting, and analysis of A/B tests and continuously monitoring test performance

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience

Candidate Experience:

  • Must have 1-3 years’ experience in CRM analytics, ideally within an agency setting
  • Must have at least 1 year of hands on experience with Qliksense and SFMC. You will be using both on a daily basis and are expected to know how to use it
  • Basic understanding of SQL and Python
  • Must have experience with relational databases and is able create complex joins using Qliksense or SQL
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in A/B testing strategies and other methodologies for both CRM and digital optimization
  • A big plus if you have had experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Candidate Education:

Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Business, Statistics, Analysis, or other related degrees considered an asset)
