Job Description

As The DDT Analyst you will have a key role to drive analytical projects that will influence the media plan and performance across a portfolio of the Stellantis UK brands. The digital, data & tech (DDT) team sits as part of the Stellantis Acceleration Squad as well as the overall Starcom planning team and is a team of data driven experts that help drive growth for our clients through the intelligent application of data and technology. You will have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework.

 

1.     Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for Stellantis’s brands, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specific responsibilities are:

 

-          Developing measurement plans in support of data driven learning agenda; Be the team expert on which behaviours, attitudes and signals are fundamental to campaign success, ultimately driving planning and execution efforts; Deliver performance analysis throughout a campaign life cycle, reporting cross-channel and cross-media, lead insights delivery internally and externally

-          Work closely with media and strategy teams to identify opportunities to improve media performance through insight and analysis

-          Underpin development of audience strategy by pulling insight across paid, owned, and earned media across a multitude of disparate sources (ad servers, APIs, etc.)

-          Bringing data to life for the purposes of driving media strategy; Perform exploratory analysis, and leverage performance data, to create stories for informing future planning; Communicate with client on data opportunities and media performance analysis,

-          Leading segmentation strategy within DMP, being the technical specialist on the account; Own DMP data ingestion, tagging audits, and segment creation

-          Lead reporting setup within agency solutions; being the technical specialist on the account for data ingestion, data visualisation and reporting outputs

-          Partner with key vendors and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for custom research, pilot/test new measurement platforms

-          Take ownership of data deliverables with oversight from DDT Director

-          Seek to understand by asking questions and actively listening to needs

 

2.     Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:

 

-          Build trusting relationship with the client and be able to elaborate on data offerings in professional and confident manner

-          Inspire planners in the pursuit of more data evidenced work, displaying a positive attitude to ambiguity, able to structure complex problems and outline solutions in a simple way

-          Actively contribute to case study and award writing to continuously demonstrate the learning and insight derived

-          Work collaboratively inside the Stellantis Acceleration team, DDT and practice teams to deliver growth and transformation for clients, being inclusive and positively influencing engagement from others through stimulating work, feedback, progression and culture

-          Get actively involved and contribute to initiatives across the Groupe, support Power of One process improvements

-          Build close relationships with planners and activation teams as partners in day to day operations

-          Nurture the planning & practice community to challenge the ways things are done to achieve measurable, continuous improvements; set the brave standards that will support driving positive business outcomes for clients.

 

3.     Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners. Specifically:

 

-          Build long standing and transformative partnerships with senior stakeholders, media partners and is respected in the Media Industry network for constructive collaboration

-          Embrace and get involved with agency initiatives and growth opportunities

-          Spot opportunities for growth, highlight potential challenges to AD to improve our work (better insight, audience targeting, measurement)

-          Alert to market competitors and developments, makes recommendations and drives change

-          Drive organic growth to account for DDT resource within client scope, and build  solutions proposals for out of scope opportunities

-          Stay intimately familiar with Publicis Media capability and their application to client needs; actively seek to improve or build new solutions in partnership with practices

-          Actively developing yourself as an analyst and keeping current with industry developments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

-          Relentless in the pursuit of finding insights in the data to drive growth and business

-          Keen to help develop client value from digital, and someone who can immediately make an impact and develop solutions with other teams.

-          Strong analytics skills, with the ability to glean insights from measurement infrastructure (GA web analytics, ad server data, etc.).

-          In-depth experience analysing, interpreting and visualising data

-          Understanding of data applications, offerings in the industry to develop solutions

-          A true passion for making a difference internally and for our client’s business

-          Digital practitioner with media or digital agency experience across different channels including display, programmatic, search, video, social, CRM, affiliates and web analysis

-          Preferred background in media performance reporting, cross-channel and in-channel optimisations
