The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney’s growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine’s offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney’s business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business. 


Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney’s business.

Job Description

To work as part of a large team developing & managing the strategy and communications of Disney.

  • Develop brilliant strategic media solutions for Disney+ using excellent brand, market, consumer, and media understanding
  • Lead on the day to day tasks and support the Strategy Director on the longer-term Planning & Strategy for Disney+
  • Use research tools to help support in strategic campaign responses across EMEA, including Global Web Index, TGI and the CX Tool
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of cross-channel media strategies for individual solus EMEA campaigns
  • Responsible for supporting the Strategy Director on the cross-channel media strategies for the larger EMEA Brand campaigns
  • Accountable for leveraging past campaign data and learnings to develop, refine and deliver media implementation guidelines and improve future campaigns
  • Responsible for staying up to date on the latest releases, strategies and media executions of our core competitors in order to inspire clients
  • Network management and coordination with teams across EMEA, answering questions and fostering a close working relationship with local market planning teams
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects including Media Guidelines, Monthly Reports, Demand reports, and any ad-hoc requests
  • Management of the Strategy Exec, ensuring there is growth in strategic learning and ensuring all work outputs are to the best standard

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm to learn and a commitment to constant improvement in the ways we and Disney+ work
  • A strategist or cross-channel media planner experience (local market or regional)
  • Be able to move with ease between data, consumers and ideas – and have an excellent understanding of all media channels
  • Strong strategic thinking with an ability to communicate (written and verbal) strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity
  • Able to work with clients at a senior level to advise on the strategic direction of their communications and its ability to deliver business value
  • Brings gravitas, charisma and passion that inspires and wins people over at every level of an organization
  • Intuitive understanding of what clients want and need
  • Deep knowledge of media and communications planning tools: YouGov, Global Web Index, Euromonitor, Google trends etc
