Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a Director/ Sr.Director, who will provide thought leadership in creating an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem which inspires, drives development experiences, and enables shift in learning mindset. You will partner with global L&D & HRBP teams, work closely with business leaders to create, and maintain a high[1]performance culture by implementing leadership, Learning & development strategy that strengthen people and organizational capabilities and performance.

  • Develop and implement development strategies that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational growth
  • Work with multiple business groups to identify capability gaps and build strategies to close gaps including partnering with internal and external partners to implement technical, functional, behavioral and leadership training.
  • Ensure all key programs/initiatives align with the overall business strategies & objectives.
  • Bring consistency to the delivery and training standards across the business and oversee planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs and initiatives.
  • Implement all key learning journeys aligned to 70:20:10 & JIT model of development.
  • Lead, coach, mentor a group of L&D members in the development, design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of high impact learning interventions that drive business outcomes.
  • Support business in organizational effectiveness & group diagnostics.
  • Facilitate leader & managerial effectiveness programs, new team integration and new leader assimilation sessions.
  • Ensure all learning initiatives are linked to business outcomes and behavior changes. Implement meaningful learning & development measures that show shift in business outcomes. Proactively communicate these metrics.
  • Revisit and redesign the L&D function’s delivery model to align and support the emerging hybrid work environment.
  • Ensure effective investment and deployment of L&D budget to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with global L&D team on the annual performance & talent management process; provide consultation through collaboration, on-line review, training, to ensure our tools and processes create the opportunity for all employees to receive objective and actionable feedback on their performance.
  • Partner with business groups to build, implement career and learning pathways to enable development of talent skills.

  • Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge across the following: Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Leadership Assessments, Performance Consulting, Adult Learning Theory, Organization Effectiveness and Change Management
  • Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning interventions which have had a measurable impact on business results
  • Experience with executive coaching and development
  • Experience managing external vendor relationships
  • Strong business acumen - including strong problem-solving, negotiating and consulting skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and analyze data and develop insights
  • Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results for the organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Desirable – Accreditation in psychometric tools – Lumina, Hogan, StrengthFinder, Coaching accreditation
  • 15 years L&OD experience which includes a minimum of 5 years as a People Manager
  • Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources
