Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the delivery of operational hiring for the Digitas, and implementing the TA strategy. You will focus on direct hiring and ensure all candidates have a positive recruiting experience. You will partner with your stakeholders to understand the business priorities, and ensure we are attracting talent to meet the business needs. You will make suggestions for how we can build on our employer branding activities to improve candidate attraction, and lead implementation of these processes.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support implementation of the Inclusive Hiring Strategy for Digitas to ensure Inclusion sits at the forefront of all hiring activity
  • Own end to end recruitment for all vacancies across the agency at junior to senior levels
  • Become an agency ambassador, developing strong internal relationships, and being able to confidently talk about the agency, work and culture to candidates
  • Create sourcing strategies to fill open roles in a way that is financially beneficial to the agency
  • Deliver recruitment and interview training to ensure hiring managers are fully trained on best practice interview techniques, and aware of how we hire
  • Begin to build talent pipelines through your own sourcing and interview processes, and ensure there is a systemised approach to your talent pools
  • Begin to cultivate a data driven approach to what we do, using this to influence hiring decisions
  • Suggest ways to best improve the hiring process, our employer brand and our candidate experience, and work with your team to implement changes to ways of working

Recruiting

  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to ensure we have access to the best talent and are able to hire quickly, and cost effectively
  • Work with senior team members to problem solve, providing a solution to challenges we may come up against in the hiring process
  • Hold a detailed knowledge of open, pending and filled vacancies by keeping our ATS up to date, and accurate, with candidate and vacancy information
  • Make recommendations to improve processes, and update these in-line with agency, candidate and market requirements
  • Begin to build a comprehensive knowledge of where the best talent in market could be found, through speaking to candidates and participating in relevant networking events

Stakeholder Management

  • Build positive working relationships with your hiring managers, as well as building relationships across the wider Talent team and with our third party vendors
  • Be collaborative and flexible in your approach, adapting your approach and communication to meet the needs of your audience
  • Ensure all your communications/interactions are clear, concise and action orientated
  • Be proactive when communicating with your stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships internally with key people in all departments, and begin to understand how we can help them hire and gain an awareness of their individual needs
  • Act as main point of contact for all recruitment queries, internally and externally, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for candidates and stakeholders

Commercial

  • Begin to build a knowledge of the external market, and partner with Talent and Finance to share insights and make recommendations to our salary benchmarking and benefits
  • In partnership with your manager, and Finance, own contract negotiation with third party vendors, ensuring they are beneficial to us and signed by all parties
  • Focus on reducing recruitment agency spend across all departments and levels, through direct hiring
  • Begin to demonstrate an understanding of your agency’s commercial landscape
