Job Description

An Account Director partner closely with Planning and Creative teams to develop and deliver IMC Campaigns, must have at least 7+ years agency experience and currently leading a team of managers and executives. This role needs to manage client relationships at a mid to senior level, lead integrated communications campaigns and assure flawless execution.

• Develop scope of work, quotations, timelines and other project documentation
• Work with planning team to provide strategic input on research objectives
• Oversee project progress, and can provide strategic  feedback  to clients’ feedback and offer better agency solution
• Lead briefing/debriefing/internal reviews and ensure deliverables on-brand, on-time and on-brief
• Lead presentations to client
• Manage financials including cost estimates, quotations, payments and etc.
• Build and maintain relationship with middle/senior level client
• Lead and guide the account team, anticipate issues/conflicts and resolve

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain relationship with middle/senior level clients
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandrain
• Strong presentation skills strong convincing skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team with 2-3 staff
