Job Description

  • Understand, adhere to, and enforce data privacy and protection through alignment with processes that enable consistent, effective practices which minimize risk and ensure compliance
  • Understand the nature of employee data within SAP and other applicable HR applications and apply that knowledge to influence best practices in report build and execution 
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support complex business requirements aligning with business priorities to build out actionable insights through data analytics and dashboard development
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, report build, data validation and user acceptance testing of reports
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions in response to HR and business needs
  • Develop and maintain procedures for report generating processes
  • Communicate changes and impacts to end users and support audiences as needed
  • Support day to day reporting needs including training, demonstrations and troubleshooting of reporting related challenges
  • Create and execute regular data audits to identify, prevent and correct discrepancies
  • Research, troubleshoot and escalate data issues as appropriate
  • Identification and implementation of data controls and validations
  • Proactively identify technology enablement opportunities
  • Reconcile data between HR system and downstream systems e.g. payroll, emergency management system, active directory, performance management system etc.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or PGDM/ MBA in HR field

Additional Information

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced analytical / problem solving and research skills
  • Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a group
  • Advanced knowledge of HR business practices and processes
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and database software
  • Previous experience with SAP Success factors Employee Central and Workforce Analytics strongly desirable
