Job Description

Seeking an individual who possesses a creative flair and an analytical mind with a proven portfolio in managing social media and content-driven campaigns for clients, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and the role they play in the lives of brands today.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead content planning across social platforms on a monthly basis to provide direction for a brand’s online presence.
  • Lead multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are met on a timely basis.
  • Manage time-scales, budgets and billings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the different internal teams to create and deliver best-in-class social media and content-driven campaigns for our clients
  • Liaise with clients day to day to get approval of campaigns and content, understanding their changing needs and adapting our approach to social media management for them accordingly.
  • Craft copy and come up with content angles on a weekly basis for a brand’s presence on multiple social channels – including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Deep-dive into social media analytics to understand why certain content performs better than the rest and providing actionable insights for our clients backed by social data.
  • Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve on digital and social.
  • Execute paid social advertising campaigns on Facebook, monitor and optimize results to deliver greater ROI for social media spend.
  • Spearhead the process of social advertising and content promotion across social media platforms, optimizing for the client’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with Global Media Partners on partnerships on behalf of our clients
  • Lead and run influencer and publisher campaigns
  • Develop post campaign reports

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2-4 years hands-on experience in social media and/or content marketing.
  • Experience in a social media or content marketing agency with proven portfolio in managing social media accounts is necessary.
  • Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) is essential and any other platforms is an added bonus.
  • Experience in running social advertising and content promotion campaigns on social platforms.
  • Possess the ability to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic plan of action for clients for campaigns and their always-on content
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights. 
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
  • Ability to present and communicate key ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Extroverted with well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.
