Perhaps you already knew what you wanted to buy, but there were so many options that you needed help from a trusted review site. Or maybe you simply love combing coupon sites for hot deals. However you finally made your purchase, chances are you interacted with affiliate publishers along the way—whether they influenced you, provided helpful information, or made sure you got the best price. CJ provides the performance marketing platform that connects brands with these publishers to create valuable resources frequently used by shoppers such as yourself.
The Solutions team is responsible for driving enablement for account teams, client product adoption and scaling new & existing solutions, and 3rd party partnerships (i.e. Button, Invoca) across CJ's clients. The Solutions Manager will be instrumental in scaling the Solutions team output by getting resources in account teams’ hands faster and across more CJ solutions to enable their overall success in client growth & retention.
· Collaborate with Solutions Director with building educational materials for solutions rollouts
· Collaborate with solution rollout live training
· Own reporting for tracking integrity and other product adoption
· Collaborate with Solutions Director on badging development
· Own badging communication
· Own reporting on badging statuses, follow up to ensure completion, etc.
· Own training request process (goal to enhance with automation in the future)
Process Creation, Implementation, Adoption
· Own playbook maintenance & development to ensure stakeholders are assigned to updated existing playbooks & create new material as needed
· Collaborate with Solutions Director ad hoc on new process development & implementation
· Collaborate with Solutions Director on client & account team engagement
· 5-7 years' experience in affiliate marketing
· Critical thinker and creative problem solver
· Deep understanding of CJ technology & solutions
· Passion for processes, streamlining, creating efficiencies with proven track record
· Strength in communicating across different departments/roles
