Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Operations and Delivery Manager who is interested in joining a growing team who are themselves committed to delivering a very high standard of work.

The role is varied and will challenge your ability to deliver and organise. We are looking for an individual who gets a buzz out of managing timelines, tracking budgets and whose logical mind can help problem solve and create processes that work.

Typical tasks include interrogating and responding to new campaign briefs, communicating with the Design team, managing ongoing projects by liaising with all included parties (e.g. media teams, creative agencies, tech partners, clients), as well as pitching the team’s capabilities and offering internally and to new potential clients.

Working to deadlines and being effective under pressure is key, so the ideal candidate would have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking across a number of projects at any given time.

Qualifications

Key Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the rest of the Ops and Delivery team in the planning and implementation of a variety of projects, from brief to delivery.
  • Ensure all requests are attended to timeously, and to set in motion the project work stream.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders (clients, agency planning teams, TAAG teams, DOT design/studio team) to ensure all projects progress to completion smoothly.
  • Be aware of the team’s workloads and ongoing project deadlines, to be able to forecast bottlenecks and manage delivery expectations.
  • Be accountable for the billing process to ensure bookings are added to the finance system and revenue is recognised.
  • Ensure any processes associated with project management tools are adhered to.
  • Work closely with the teams to ensure that team admin is completed accurately and on time (job trackers, studio calendar, and status notes).
  • Facilitate and lead project brainstorms for new briefs
  • Assist in ensuring finance queries are attended to and completed.

  • Experience of project management processes and tools, Jira knowledge is a plus
