Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter for an immediate temporary assignment!  In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your recruitment prowess to help us find and hire a diverse pool of best in class talent in the digital and CRM space! Ability to conduct an inclusive, high-touch recruitment process for multiple hiring priorities in a fast-moving agency environment is a must!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions
  • Fill positions across our offices (west and east coast) and disciplines such as, Account Service, Data Analytics/Intelligence, Media Planning/Activation, Creative/Design, Project Management, Technology, UX and Strategy
  • Meet with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and navigate them through the the interview process
  • Write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed
  • Source high quality talent through a variety of tactics (e.g; networking, social media, job boards, etc.)
  • Review resumes and conduct candidate interviews to screen in a diverse pool of candidates based on role requirements
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams; collect feedback
  • Keep Talent Acquisition lead and hiring managers up to date on search progress
  • Move candidates through the hiring process in applicant tracking system
  • Keep candidates updated on their candidacy while providing them with a positive candidate experience
  • Make offers, negotiate offer details and close candidates; facilitate hand-off to fellow Talent team members for new hire onboarding activities 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to identifying a diverse slate of candidates
  • Conduct an inclusive recruitment process in accordance with Agency's established DE&I guidelines and best practices

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or sourcing experience is required
  • You have experience using Linked in Recruiter and employing other sourcing tactics
  • You have the ability to understand each department's skills and responsibilities across levels
  • You have proven ability to screen in quality candidates with experience/skills that meet desired job qualifications and in accordance with inclusive hiring practices 
  • You have experience juggling multiple open requisitions while conducting a high-touch recruitment process
  • You are flexible and adapt well to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment 
  • You schedule candidate interviews and collect candidate feedback in an agile manner
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent attention to detail 
  • You have experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms (preferred).
