We are currently looking for ACD/Sr. Designer to join our integrated team. This opportunity will work across the agency and our major iconic household brands including, Crest, Oral-B, Tide, Olay, Bounty, Charmin, Swiffer, Pampers, H&S. The types of projects will range from branding, logo and packaging design to creating original graphics, OLV’s and visual treatments. We’re looking for someone who obsesses about the way things look. Someone who’s great in After Effects and Photoshop. Someone who nerds out over typography and layout. Someone who’s tech and social savvy, comfortable leading a team, giving direction and working with colleagues across the US. Ideal candidate would be a maker and a thinker and is responsible for  ideating, concepting, storyboarding, and even scripting in a fast-paced ever-changing digital environment. 

Experience:

• 5-7 years of Design.
• A background in an agency/design environment with an appreciation for CPG brands.
• A passion for visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally. We’re looking for someone who is confident in the work they create and knows how to speak intelligently not only about their own work but how it supports the surrounding efforts of the team. 
• Interest in new and emerging platforms and social channels. Should be able to understand how to use technology to the advantage of the creative idea.
• Proactive, collaborative, organized and an excellent communicator – internally and externally.
• Have a “maker” mentality, be able to animate, make things move, bring things to life.
• After Effects
