We are a Shared Service Center providing services for advertising agencies and media houses within the Publicis Groupe, which is the 3rd largest communications group worldwide. Re:Sources is responsible for the following areas: Accounting, Legal, HR & Payroll, Tax, Procurement and IT.
Job Description
- Being responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist and leader levels
- Coordinating and supporting managers in talent management activities, i.e. performance review, talent review, succession planning
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Organizing and/or delivering trainings for employees and managers
- Leading career path and talent development program
- Active involvement in Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and CSR initiatives
- Leading external and internal communication including intranet and social media
- Leading and coordinating other HR related projects
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience within HR department, in a similar role
- University degree preferably in the field of HR, psychology, people management or sociology
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Being a people’s person is a MUST! (communicative, open and a very good listener)
- Responsibility, independence and good organization skills
- Knowledge of labor law is nice to have
- Trainer’s skills are of great advanatage
