Your Specialty

  • Leading the account function of a large team with enthusiasm and empathy
  • Establishing yourself as an SME and main Client POC in all instances, or knowing the right teammate to tag in when you’re not that person
  • Strong logistical skills when it comes to scheduling, budgeting, planning and managing projects
  • Grasping, explaining and selling all agency capabilities as to how they can benefit your client
  • Working collaboratively, maintaining positive work relationships and displaying professionalism always

Your Day-to-Day

  • Collaborating with your PM counterpart to steer the overall direction of the team
  • Managing client relationships and being a highly visible client contact 
  • Developing strategy and overseeing execution 
  • Ensuring the highest levels of quality and professionalism in the advertising or marketing deliverables for your client
  • Escalating to senior team leaders when assistance is needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or a relevant combination of education and experience). 
  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in marketing, with additional experience in a specific discipline, such as email marketing, promotions, branding or loyalty
  • Experience partnering with a project management counterpart to drive overall team success
  • Comfortable working with large project volumes and budgets

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $154,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
