Job Description

The Product Management team is responsible for identifying, cultivating, prioritizing and scheduling the development of custom tools, reports, and optimizations to help ensure best in class products and processes that differentiate Publicis Groupe from the competition.

The ideal candidate is an energetic individual, with a natural passion for solving problems and ensuring that industry best practices and processes are developed, shared and applied across the Groupe with every product we build, for every client we service.

Your Impact

  • Support the author community as the main liaison, inclusive of onboarding new authors,  day-to-day questions and troubleshooting author community issues (Help desk, Jira, Teams)
  • Help ideate, create, and manage new author experience improvements
  • Manage the author portal, responsible for monthly user guides updates
  • Oversee the organization of the Media Library, Directory and Events information
  • Help expand and train the author community to EMEA and APAC regions
  • Become an expert in SiteCore (content management system)
  • Provide review support for front-end and back-end developer feature rollouts
  • Responsible for Google Analytics & Reporting to use data metrics to drive process improvement and product updates. 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Product Management or Product experience (can include applicable internships or full-time work experience)
  • Must think creatively, identifying problems and offering solutions
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, and strong collaboration skills with the ability to host cross-functional meetings in which you track agenda items, notes and next steps.
  • Strong desire to contribute to a team, but also must have the overall drive to execute projects to completion individually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Added bonus for strong PowerPoint formatting & design skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to keep up with a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Problem solver, comfortable developing and working to different solution types and scopes

Preferred 

  • Understanding of how to create amazing user/consumer experiences  
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Experience working with project management platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Box, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to support and lead projects across multiple teams and functions
