Job Description

Oversee client relationship management and develop sound business relationships with client counterparts. Responsible for the development of creative assignment briefs for digital creative campaigns. Manage weekly cultural communication across agency and brand teams to provide industry learnings applicable to the tech category. Collaborate with SVP Account Director to manage Production of creative campaigns. Manage digital asset production of a national campaign for the launch of a new social media products, from strategy to execution. Partner with senior members of the strategy and business leadership team to develop a brand platform strategic brief. Manage trafficking for all creative work for social media campaigns as well as coordinating with vendors for traffic of all commercials to television networks and stations. Work closely with Media agency to ensure all commercials are trafficked to networks and stations on broadcast and cable. Partner with senior members of the team to provide relevant agency strategic requests.. Manage talent holding fees payments in partnership with talent management team. Manage post-production of client’s video production for newly introduced products. Provide monthly scope and hours reconciliation documents to client’s Procurement team. Oversee deadlines, schedules and approval procedures are adhered to for projects and manage workflow.

 

Qualifications

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Communication, Business, or a related field followed by two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include the following: 1) Management of various projects - day-to-day implementation of client projects including internal communication on client-specific campaign details; 2) Vendor management of asset delivery process for campaign launch; 3) Partnering with media agency and Ad distribution vendor to traffic tv spots to multiple broadcast channels; 4) Overseeing process of obtaining Network pre-clearance prior to television spots being aired; 5) Budget tracking and reporting of scope hours across client projects; 6) Management of campaign’s digital and traditional television production process; 7) Cross-department integration and collaboration for creative campaign development and launch; 8) Building and fostering trusted and collaborative external and internal relationships across the client and the agency; and 9) Supporting and managing internal processes and timelines of relevant creative materials for campaign launch.
