As a Manager - Technology at Publicis Sapient, you will act as your clients’ trusted advisor in leading the architecture, design, development for MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, within the clients environment. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business needs, and then constantly deliver value with agile scalable solutions that meet those needs.

Your Impact:

• Partner with Infrastructure, enterprise architects and Cloud Architects to frame and shape solution proposition that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience•
• Represent client while facilitating solution workshops with cross functional leaders where you identify new solution, organization business needs, and solution options
• Develop solution architecture taking into consideration client requirements, technical environment and overall business objectives.
• Guide and participate in the development of identified solutions.  

• 8+ years of IT experience preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including design and development of custom builds
• Strong development experience in C#, .net, Azure and SQL.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, and time management skills
