Publicis Media won the business in 2020 in 15 markets in Europe and created Publicis Media Luxe, a bespoke agency solution, in all of markets to best serve LVMH.  The central agency team leads the relationship out of our White City London hub, coordinating with regional Publicis offices in 17 EMEA countries. You will be joining a new UK specific team being built to service the UK LVMH clients, following our exciting extension of the business into the UK and France in March 2022.

Job Description

This role is 100% focused on the LVMH account, a high-profile luxury and very recent new win that is being onboarded between March and June 2022. An international sub-agency called Publicis Media Luxe has been formed, as a bespoke team dedicated to the LVMH Maisons, of which there around 40 active brands. In the UK, Publicis Media Luxe team are aligned within Zenith Global media agency, with access to Zenith’s wider team, talent, tools, management, and benefits.

Publicis Media Luxe is looking for a new Digital Hub Campaign Manager within the Digital Hub team, a rapidly growing and successful team. The role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced digital campaign manager to join a newly established team which will be servicing central and local clients by managing campaigns throughout the end-to-end process for world-leading luxury brands.

The LVMH Campaign Manager is a pivotal role in the Digital Hub structure, liaising and supporting multiple stakeholders to guarantee channel teams are being briefed correctly, Hub deliverables are provided within SLAs and campaigns are managed with outstanding performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Search, Social and PRG multi-market campaigns for LVMH Maisons on Monday.com
  • Be the first gate to sense check briefings and liaise with client servicing team if key details are missing (educate client servicing team to use correct templates and brief Hub via Monday.com)
  • Assign campaigns to channel teams, providing due date and next steps (educate channel teams to regularly update Monday.com and use LionBox to upload all files)
  • Follow-up with channel teams to guarantee media plans, rationales, reports, and actuals are delivered on time
  • Lead weekly calls with channel teams to discuss campaign status, flag roadblocks and prioritise urgent requests
  • Lead weekly calls with client servicing teams to ensure visibility on upcoming briefs and align on next steps for ongoing activations
  • Support data team on Data Governance process to ensure adherence to LVMH taxonomy
  • Ensure top level alignment of response and technical brief
  • Work close with Hub lead to ensure and support on operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working within a large company
  • Basic understanding of Search, Social and PRG planning
  • Prior project management/account management experience
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with multi-cultural background
  • Proven record ability to deliver against strict schedules
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills (key as SLAs will be challenged constantly)
  • Professional, ambitious, driven and team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed
