Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

 
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
 

Job Description

As a member of the NOMAD FOODS’ Global Account team, your role will be to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of best in class media services to the European headquarters for NOMAD FOODS across its portfolio of brands.

Your role will be pivotal to the success of this account. You will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation. You will be building strong trusted relationships with key clients, supporting the Global Business Director and the account management team to deliver outstanding work every time.

You will support the local markets to ensure they apply consistency and deliver against the guidelines, playbooks and operational process and protocols. This will include tasks such as leading communication with markets, sharing knowledge and best practice, act as a first point of contact for the global client team, work closely with the Business Director to manage the network, work closely with strategists and digital specialists to ensure projects are delivered to a great standard and more.

This role is fast paced and requires excellent project management skills, along with the ability to effectively manage international relationships, both with clients and local agencies. Good knowledge of digital and experience in operations management is essential.

Qualifications

Client service:

  • Builds strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements in order to proactively support the day to day delivery of projects
  • Confidently manages multiple clients
  • Responsible for the delivery of specific projects
  • Displays critical thinking and challenges internal and external outputs
  • Produces insightful, innovative and clearly articulated presentations
  • Identification of opportunities that will leverage both internal and external cross-functional capabilities

Project management:

  • Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across different business units
  • Coordinates and inspires agency resource including planning, digital, trading, search
  • Collaboration with media partners
  • Deploy and liaise with local markets in the delivery of projects
  • Create opportunities for local market governance connections and  monthly plan updates (extranet, email updates, conferences)
  • Overseeing finance management and reporting

Strategic planning:

  • Strong digital background : working with the central Digital Hub and local planning teams to ensure best practice in the planning, implementation and measurement of all digital activity
  • Support the deployment of the media guidelines and the local markets output during the Annual Planning process
  • Work collaboratively with partner agencies and be a champion of the client’s ops model

Teamwork:
