Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’.  

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing.  

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.   

Working at Publicis One Touch not only gives team members the chance to work on an iconic brand at a global level and not just be a part of an agency, but be an essential part of business transformation for Beiersdorf.  

 

Stellenbeschreibung

As a Junior Art Director digital you have an excellent understanding of digital platforms, channels, assets and audiences. You have very good visual design skills and an exceptional sense of trends. You will be responsible for co-crafting targeted campaigns and assets for digital, but also TVC and press which are contemporary yet true to the brand. You have the ability to make all stages of the digital consumer journey visually integrated and workable.

 

  • Co-development of ideas and designs for individual communication measures
  • Visual implementation of the brand experience in online and offline channels
  • Creation of layouts for all digital assets, as well as storyboards and print
  • Adaptation of international and national umbrella campaigns in line with media requirements
  • Accompaniment of creative production processes 
  • Video editing skills to work based on our many moving images task from TVC to SoMe Stories
  • Close collaboration with Copywriting-partners, Planning/Strategy, Account

Qualifikationen

 

  • "Can-do“ and team-player attitude
  • Digital background 
  • Ability to understand and adapt to requirements of a global Masterbrand and precisely working
  • Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch to a highly proficient level
  • Video editing skills in Premiere on a solid basic level
  • Desire to develop further
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
