Job Description

  • Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.
  • Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.
  • Designing and producing outstanding artwork for both the Client and the Agency focus on concept and design development pushing for new and innovative solutions.
  • Initiate creative ideas transform into creating online content for our own online channels or online campaigns along with the strategic plans.
  • Create and produce digital content impacting users in all markets especially the young generation, including text stories, photos/graphics, video contents, and other digital media elements in every process.
  • Generating creative content that will be used on our social media and across other digital media channels.
  • Monitor analytics and customer feedback to optimize performance and boost engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.
  • Participates in, and leads brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • More than 8 years of experience in content-focused and creative roles in both online and offline platforms
  • Strong background in content planning and with ability to identify comprehensive marketing concept
  • Experience in various digital marketing / social media platforms, both frontend and backend
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • A self-starter with good stakeholder management skills and comfortable with a result-driven and fast-paced environment
