Job Description

  • Proactively disseminate POV to clients and draw relevant implications to the clients' business.
  •  Exhibit good understanding and forecast on media/ industry/trend/brand development & implications to the businesses 
  • Support team direction and manage direct reports
  • Ensure individuals’ personal and work goals are aligned with team goals
  • Identify development plans and support direct reports’ learning opportunities
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching for direct reports
  • Ensure productive working relationships among members and between agency departments, other agencies, clients, and media vendors

Qualifications

  • 5 years of media planning experience required
  • Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches, and issues involved in integrated planning
  • Adaptive and keen to learn about the digital ecosystem
  • Familiar with the timelines, processes, and needs of the implementation of all media
  • Knowledgeable about new approaches to  and developments in digital tactical planning (social and mobile included)
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
