Job Description

Digitas’ UK Technology department sits firmly at the centre of the agency, with our technologists brought into client engagements from the very beginning.  

Across Digitas Technology our people are loosely grouped into Tech Product, Tech Engineering, and Tech Operations, but always work together and with colleagues in other departments to successfully deliver projects. Our Tech Strategists sit within our Technology team but working across a range of teams and clients as critical connection points to Digitas’ capabilities.

As part of Digitas growth and commitment to be the ‘Connected Agency’, we recognise the need to bring in Marketing Technology (MarTech) expertise to connect our clients’ complex architectures and ecosystems to enable to them today and in the future.

As a MarTech Strategist, you will be working with a group of like-minded MarTech experts, clients and prospects to create approaches and strategies for clients to achieve their technical goals. 

You will engage directly with our clients, collaborating on vision, strategy, realistic roadmaps and challenging on people and processes that meet their business needs.


A passion and enthusiasm for the MarTech industry, understanding and appreciating the various configurations, technologies, and vendors available in the market

Ability to translate client objectives and user needs into releasable features that are able to be prioritised according to business requirements whilst taking into account other impacts on priority such as technical complexity

Confident client facing skills with ability to deal with challenging situations and a collaborative mindset able to work in and lead cross-discipline teams

Experience working within a digital agency environment would be beneficial

You should ideally have experience of integration projects working across some of the following technologies:

·       CRM integration (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze)

·       Tag Management and Analytics (Tealium, GTM, DTM, Ensighten)

·       CDP/DMP (Tealium, Adobe, Exponea)

·       Understanding of Adtech including DSP’s, DoubleClick/GMP, Trade Desk

·       Digital Analytics and Measurement (GA 360, Amplitude, Heap)

·       Optimisation and Personalisation (Optimizely, Target, Maxymiser)

·       Web CMS/DXP solutions (AEM, Sitecore, Episerver, Contentful)

·       Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
