Senior Recruiter

We’re searching for a Senior Recruiter who will manage the full recruiting cycle from candidate identification and evaluation to offer negotiation and closing. You will recruit for a wide range of positions with a variety of levels and job disciplines. The position requires superior communication skills and excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced, demanding and team-based.

 

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Manage overall recruiting process, partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals
  • Source and screen qualified candidates, leverage Internet Job Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines, Web resume mining techniques, and direct cold calling
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback, negotiate and close all offers
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of position
  • Gather and consolidate candidate feedback from interview team members and provide to hiring manager or team to make hiring decision
  • Check references, conduct background checks, make offer and negotiate as necessary
  • Attend industry events and keep pulse on market trends
  • Investigate new/innovative ways to attract talent

To qualify, you’ll need:

  • Four year degree
  • 4-7 years experience
  • Experience recruiting candidates in a creative agency setting desired
  • Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies, direct sourcing and creative candidate generation
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to partner with and coach hiring managers on the recruiting process
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, Internet and email software
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid strategic thinking and teamwork
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
