We’re Heartbeat, the marketing agency for Healthcare Challenger Brands and the brave clients behind them. And hopefully you’re our next Editor, helping us to deliver game-changing campaigns for Consumers & HCPs.

Responsibilities:  

  • Content edit, fact-check, copy edit, and proofread digital and print copy. 

  • Ensure adherence to client/brand guidelines. 

  • Maintain brand style guides. 

  • Develop and maintain core claims documents and reference libraries. 

Skills: 

  • Exceptional editorial abilities. 

  • Excellent fact-checking and proofreading skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Able to handle multiple projects and editorial styles simultaneously. 

  • Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

  • General technology know-how. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of pharma/medical editorial experience. 

  • Must have fact-checking experience

  • Confidence with medical subject matters. 

  • Fluency in AMA style. 

  • Dedication and high standards.
