Job Description

The Senior Associate of Content and Digital Partnerships manages the day-to-day execution of content and digital campaigns.  Role will activate content, digital and print strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. They understand the client’s overall business and marketing objectives, and are the steward of tactical negotiations, buying and implementation process, providing mid-level strategic recommendations to the senior media team and/or client.

Role Objectives:

  • Participate in the development, execution, and stewardship/project management of publishing plans (print + digital + content)
  • Support Supervisor in presenting media recommendations and campaign results to clients
  • Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data (i.e. competitive, consumer) and past performance
  • Manage day to day planning, research, trafficking, reporting, analytics and billing, with the help of the assistant
    • Draft consideration sets and RFP
    • Evaluate vendors proposal and provide feedback to ensure best value for clients
    • Build media plan and recommendation with the help of the AD
    • Ensure campaigns set up is executed in time and with no errors (Prisma, Trafficking) – QA pre and post launch
    • Review IMO and build insights to outline performance and optimizations
    • Manage billing process, supporting the assistant negotiator/planner
  • Manage buys, makegoods and added value negotiations with the AD
  • Develop strong relationship with clients by demonstrating expertise, passion for brands and the content and digital landscape.  
  • Provide accountability for seamless executions 
  • Craft POVs to assess media opportunities and innovation prospects based on clients objectives 
  • Build relationships with Content and Digital marketplace partners to analyze value and applicability for RB
  • Coordinate and schedule L&L for teams 
  • Train Assistant Negotiators/Planners in process, best practices, media planning, billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics, and tools associated to Content and Digital needs.

  • The senior associate will conduct tasks within the below tools requested by the team in partnership with the assistant.
  • Digital Investment: Prisma, Comscore, JIRA, DCM, Double Verrify, Sales Force, MP 
  • Content Investment: Infegy, MRI, Scarburough, eMarketer, MOAT, Fluency (Influencer Product)
