Job Description

In this exciting role you will be responsible for all aspects of Programmatic campaign implementation for H&M Global. You will also get the opportunity to work with and support the Programmatic Director whilst taking ownership of account management with other stakeholders such as planners and the client, so you must be able to identify new opportunities or potential weaknesses/ limitations of strategies and communicate this effectively.

  • Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign planning and delivery
  • Ensure you and your team of execs deliver operational excellence
  • Look for proactive opportunities to communicate this effectively with the wider team
  • Showcase campaign performance and provide in depth analysis of results
  • Understand client’s business and identify opportunities
  • Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with the major demand side platforms, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and preferably online trafficking experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar campaign management systems, though this is non-essential.

  • Must be an ambitious, proactive and curious programmatic practitioner
  • Experience with DSP’s DV360, The Trade Desk or others 
  • Brand measurement experience is key, must be comfortable running Brand Uplift Studies
  • Highly organised, able to work independently on projects where needed
