Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and self-starting Paid Social Account Director to work on one of Zenith UK's flagship accounts - H&M! H&M are currently global leaders on the fashion platform, however H&M is more than just fashion. With price, quality and sustainability deeply rooted in its DNA, H&M is not only a possibility for everyone to explore their personal style, but it also offers a chance to create a more sustainable fashion future.

This role is an exciting new role, due to us winning new business with the client. As the Paid Social Account Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Paid Social Business Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Lead and BD on the strategic development and growth of the H&M account, ensuring best in class strategy being implemented across the team
  • Support the Account Lead and BD on validating the importance of Brand Social activity in driving impact on online and offline performance through test & learn, and bespoke measurement solutions like Brand Lift, DAR and Holdout test
  • To ensure client and agency targets are achieved and effectively grow Paid Social revenue
  • Own Response To Brief for brand campaigns, working closely with the Account Managers to deliver a data-driven, strategic response and media plans
  • Upskill Account Managers & Sr. Account Execs on planning, buying and measurement, especially beyond Facebook.

Qualifications

To ensure this role is the correct fit for you, we ask that you match up with the following skill set

  • Solid experience planning, managing  and  activating both  brand  and  direct  response campaigns on  Paid Social (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Experience managing a team: hiring and developing talent, conducting appraisals, as well as performance management
  • Deep understanding of the principles of common attribution models, understands the current industry challenges around measurement and can confidently articulate the limitations of third party measurement solutions.
  • Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce brand is ideal but not essential
