Our Company is embarking on an end-to-end integration of our systems supporting our media operations and billing-payables processes. Objective as follows:

• Migrate our current processes for Digital Media to align with the Media Module in our finance system
• Migrate & implement digitalisation of our media vendor invoicing processing
• Migrate & Implement billing-payables processes in our front-end media system

Job Description

• Lead and manage the migration & implementation project from a finance perspective.
• Partner with finance and media stakeholders & teams to ensure migration & implementation works are carried out in alignment with financial & business processes.
• Ensure that necessary reconciliations and backlogs are cleared up within stipulated timeframes.
• Support finance and media teams in relevant system training.

• At least 5 years of Finance/Accounts experience; preferably have managed similar system migration & implementation project.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Financial systems expertise and strong accounting skills
• Strong finance operations experience with a keen eye on processes & controls
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple demands and meet project deadlines
