Job Description

As a Client Partnerships Associate on the Agency Team, you will play a key role in support of CJ's strategic agency relationships. As part of an account team, the CPA is responsible for providing tactical support for a portfolio of agencies and their advertisers programs. In this entry level role, you will gain experience with a variety of advertiser programs and contribute to scale and efficiency for the agency team portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Support your Client Development Manager and Client Partnerships Manager to effectively manage client relationships and obtain a deep understanding of client and agency needs.
  • Assist in the development of training for agency partners
  • Help build advocacy among agency partners
  • Help agencies understand and effectively use new and existing features within the CJ platform
  • Work with agencies and their advertisers to troubleshoot complex data transfer issues and other technical items
  • Work cross-functionally with internal CJ teams on a variety of projects
  • Manage reporting for select relationships

Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years’ experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance marketing.
  • Clear and effective communication. Ability to convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to influence/develop account strategies that leverage analysis and insights to contribute to meeting or exceeding advertiser objectives.
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results
  • Results oriented problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
