Job Description

The Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for building display media campaigns in DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Sizmek, FlashTalking, etc. The Ad Operations Specialist is also responsible for working with client teams to coordinate implementation of tags across publishers. 

Responsibilities

  • Day to day trafficking within the appropriate add server. ​

  • QA and implement various creative types including 3rd party tags, HTML5 & rich media creative​

  • Complete creative optimizations sent by the planning team​

  • Work more closely with the media teams to develop end action tagging strategy​

  • Work with the client side development team to make sure all end action tags are placed properly.​

  • Investigate delivery discrepancies & other publisher technical issues​

  • Investigate client site tagging to ensure all end action tags are functioning and firing properly​

  • Check end action tags on a weekly basis to ensure all is firing and recording data.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience ​

  • Understands the basics on how online media tagging works​

  • Well organized​

  • Strong numerical and computer skills​

  • Inquisitive, asks questions​

  • Detail oriented​

  • Accountable​

  • Ability to multi task and work efficiently​

  • HTML skills are an asset
