Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the effort to deliver large and complicated projects that meet Client requirements on time and within the established budget. They serve as “internal leads” working with the agency Account, Strategy and Creative partners to nurture Client relationships and further their business objectives. Senior Project Managers become “brand” experts, guiding internal teams with their experience in project management fundamentals, mastery of internal resources/technology, ability to prioritize workloads, internalization of past project retrospectives and a 360-degree view of the factors surrounding the deliverable. Senior Project Managers are expected to utilize Junior Project managers to assist in execution and develop their skillsets. While potentially owning a particular delivery channel, they should participate in and cross-train in other areas. Instills confidence in the management of the workflow delivery process, continuously assessing risk and avoiding foreseeable pitfalls of the workflow process

Qualifications

5+ years experience as an interactive and integrated Project Manager
