Job Description

What you’ll do:  

As a Senior Analyst, your main responsibility includes synthesizing data and results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations based on actionable insights. Other duties will include answer ad-hoc business questions, troubleshoot and resolving data issues or challenge. It is critical to be an active participant by contributing ideas and insights that will benefit our clients. This position requires an individual that is intellectually curious, can mine data to answer complex questions and be able to clearly communicate findings.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients
  • Connecting the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing effort
  • Applying statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing and help drive business outcomes
  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals

 We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  •  3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy
  • A four-year college degree
  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape and ability to identify and diagnose complex problems and recommend solutions
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Strong practical knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager) and enterprise reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Data Visualizer).
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work across multiple assignments and create deliverables and being comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
