Job Description

At Leo Burnett, we believe that what helps people, helps business.  We believe that curiosity about life, people, and business is the secret to great creative ideas.  The Business Leadership team is responsible for fostering game-changing creative ideas by delivering superalative client service and value at every stage.  Our team is looking for a future leader at the Account Executive level to support a global financial services and banking brand.  The Account Executive position is a collaborative, team-oriented role responsible for helping maintain day-to-day account activities, from project management and planning to flawlessly executing integrated marketing campaigns.  As an Account Executive, you will be integrated into the agency through training, mentorship, and peer guidance, connected to diverse project experiences, and provided a platform for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

·    Ownership of key project management functions such as project/timeline creation and management, resource management, execution and deliverables management, and risk mitigation

·    Understanding of client’s business, brand, process, and the craft of marketing to deliver effective integrated campaigns

·    Coordination with client counterparts to set key meetings and reviews, develop client ready documents such as weekly hot sheets, status, timelines and project plans, deliverables matrices, and competitive analysis

·    Effective communication and active collaboration with client counterparts, internal cross-functional teams, and partner agencies

·    Understanding of the basic fundamentals of business financials

Qualifications

·    At least 2-3+ years of agency experience

·    Experience working on integrated cross-channel campaigns spanning video, social and influencer, digital, print, radio, website

·    Experience partnering with cross-functional teams that span media (planning and strategy), strategy (creative, digital, experience), creative, production, optimization and analytics.

·    Ability to manage and work on multiple projects with multiple teams and team members

·    Serve as an executional wizard who can also think strategically

·     Creative: Collaborative in all aspects of creative development and ability to provide clear direction to creative team

·    Production: Understanding of production process and familiarity with managing production budgets with agency business managers, talent team, and legal/clearance

·    Excellent written and verbal skills

·    Organized and diligent

·    Proactive with strong initiative

·    Problem solver, solution oriented

·    Service oriented, relationship-building client partner

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environement
