Job Description

Why we are looking for you?

This role is responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing activities in collaboration with Publisher Development global teams. The analyst is required to provide support in publisher audits, competitor analysis and enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs. Additionally, the role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to the publishers.

What will you do?

  • Create and deliver performance reporting to support publisher initiatives: Competitive/Gap analysis, Recruitment, Strategy development, Payment Reconciliation, Monthly re-caps, etc
  • Manage inquiry queues: Network Quality, Order Inquiries, Finance
  • Contribute and build mass communication to both educate publishers on CJ initiatives or educate advertisers on publisher opportunities.
  • Review and respond to pending advertisers’ offers and applications to generate new revenue-building opportunities.
  • Proactively identify projects, automation, recommendations to better a publisher’s program.
  • Responsible for responding to publisher queries and communications.
  • Complete external and internal audits to identify new opportunities to target for the CJ Network
  • Troubleshoot Publisher issues related to Network Quality/Compliance, Payment issues, Order Inquiry Management etc.
  • Sound knowledge of prioritizing the tasks based on the needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A graduate in any discipline.
  • 4-7 years of exposure in digital media/client services role
  • Be a team player and work in a fast paced environment
  • Sound knowledge on MS office suite
  • Adapt to the changing environment and deliver under pressure
  • Ability of multitasking and emphasis on attention to detail
  • Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking
  • Clear and effective communicator within CJ and when interacting with publishers
  • A critical thinker and problem solver. Able to influence/develop strategies that contribute to publishers' overall objectives
