Job Description

Assists with the core functions of project management; learning and applying the basic principles and tools related to the capability. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Project Management 

  • Generates, updates and distributes requirement project documentation: 

  • Timelines 

  • Project reports 

  • Status sheets 

  • Meeting agendas and recaps/contact reports 

  • Preparing for internal and client meetings 

  • Process Management 

  • Effectively manages details through use of appropriate resources and processes 

  • Identifies areas for improvement within process; suggests and implements solutions  

  • Collaboration 

  • Works in conjunction with manager to communicate implications of changed plans to the team in an effective and timely manner 

  • Escalates issues appropriately and professionally; demonstrates good judgment during escalation process 

  • Collaborate daily with PMs and team; Key support for the Capability Project Management team 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA DEGREE in Marketing or related field a plus) 

  • Entry level up to two (2) years of relevant project management experience in an agency setting 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude to effectively communicate with internal teams 

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask  

  • Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team 

  • Core project management skills and a love for delivering to the highest quality standards 

  • Proficiency in basic systems/tools and Microsoft Office
