• Analyse real estate market data and perform financial analysis of lease commitments and real estate /construction project
• Analysing Office Occupancy costs and working with Resources finance team on rental commits and associated cost
• Work with VP real estate to ensure AMEA real estate plans are aligned with global strategy and delivery of solutions are properly coordinated
• To maintain lease records of all the offices in the region for updated MIS
• Making of dashboards based on excel records for decision making by senior management or stakeholders
• Work with local business units to develop the business case to support solutions for RE projects
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Coordination with appointed RE agents in the region
• To develop framework for capital budgets for real estate and construction projects
