Job Description

Rauxa is seeking an Account Supervisor for a high profile technology client to work remotely or onsite in our NY office!  This is a temporary freelance opportunity.  Experience managing email campaign planning, development and execution is required.

The Account Supervisor is a dynamic self-starter who manages the day-to-day client relationship and is a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams alike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first line of contact with your clients
  • Drive program and campaign development, working with cross functional teams across the agency
  • Develop strategic and creative briefs, and present materials internally and to the client
  • Defend and protect good ideas
  • Be the SME of your client’s business – you know their business better than they do

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • You have 4-6 or more years of relevant experience at an advertising, digital or marketing agency
  • You have experience managing the development of email and direct mail campaigns 
  • You have experience leading client discussions, team meetings, and having ownership of client projects
  • You have the ability to manage several very complex projects with minimal supervision
  • You have developed creative briefs in collaboration with Strategy and Creative teams and contribute to strategy discussions
  • You have a relentless drive to make the work better
  • You have a hunger for what is next
  • You’re constantly finding new solutions to old problems
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail, and can-do attitude
  • You dig in, thoughtful and inquisitive questions are your MO
  • You know your way around PowerPoint and are no stranger to developing client presentations 
  • You have the ability to proactively represent the agency to all levels of the client organization, including executive level management.
