Job Description

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Analyst in Media Technology, you’ll (a) manage Governance, Taxonomy, and Ad Quality for a major Global client and (b) assist in the rollout of Datorama across 90+ markets.

Day to day, your role will include:

  • Owning the global taxonomy dictionary; making process enhancements and developing documentation, as necessary
  • Assessing taxonomy related requests (i.e. add new fields)
  • Monitoring client global taxonomy adoption and compliance across Advertising Technology platforms (i.e. Google Campaign Manager)
  • Working with brand safety partners and monitoring reporting as needed to maintain compliance with client specifications
  • Generating audit reports for Taxonomy and Ad Quality with the assistance of an Analyst
  • Working with local markets to develop plans to address any issues related to Taxonomy and Ad Quality
  • Providing local markets with best practices related to Taxonomy and Ad Quality
  • Identifying recurring issues and notifying Manager of specific problems and possible solutions
  • Providing insight to intricacies and standards across local markets
  • Assisting client team to ensure these reports are automated in Datorama
  • Acting as main point of contact for client questions/POV requests around ad-tech
  • Keeping a pulse on industry news and innovations –attending and participating in presentations from vendors to evaluate them for potential agency use
  • Representing client across Digitas and Publicis Groupe wide initiatives
  • Providing guidance on implementation related questions for Google Campaign Manager, Brand Safety technology, and Datorama
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve process for better quality reporting

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Four years of college education and one to three years of experience in an office environment (preferably trafficking media campaigns in GCM for an agency)
  • Computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Office) that make the old guys envious, as well as an intuitive understanding of the digital tools that are reshaping the media and advertising world every day
  • Effective time-management, impeccable attention to detail, a willingness to work across time-zones, and a compulsive ability to stay organized
  • Amazing communication skills – you’re straightforward, you’re candid and, above all, you’re thoughtful & kind
  • A love of media and marketing – a curiosity that will push you to ask questions and a motivation to learn and improve on everything you do
