Job Description

  • Responsible for planning social media strategies which build out practical and effective plans that match with campaigns’ challenging demands and targets
  • Generally exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to help drive campaigns towards business targets
  • Write, edit and publish content for social media posts/campaigns as well as websites, blogs, videos, email campaigns and more
  • Create social content that motivates, inspires, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
  • Assess business performance by tracking metrics and insights on social media platforms; track and analyze social media KPIs as well as check up on ROI
  • Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that helps enhance effectively and positively clients’/product’s media coverage
  • Affiliate marketing-related tasks which shall be discussed further upon interview

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in strategic digital and/or social media marketing for global FMCG brands with proven track records on previous campaigns
  • Experience working for platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc.. or global agencies is a must
  • Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills with collaborative mindset to develop sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, can-do attitude and high resilience to deliver challenging KPIs
  • Ability to leverage existing media relationships to generate earned impressions & engagements.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Good project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting to fast working flow and under high project’s demand are necessary
  • High English and computer proficiency
